<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Al Horford has not faced an opponent, a moment or a tense situation that left him rattled. "I stopped thinking about him like a rookie two or three days into training camp and realized we're not going to get this one to crack," fourth-year Hawks forward Josh Smith said of Horford, whom he insists will battle Seattle's Kevin Durant to the final day of the regular season for rookie of the year honors. "Have you watched this man do work? He's a grown man. A grown man." "This guy puts in the work," Hawks coach Mike Woodson said. "From the day we brought him in here he's done everything we've asked him to do. And he's been everything we thought he would be and more. He's still got a long way to go in our league. He's only played [24] games. ... Again, he's doing everything you expect him to do." -- The Atlanta Journal-Constitution</div>
I would give it to Horford, the guy has looked like a complete stud since game 1 and has yet to hit the wall. Durant has his good and bad games.
Beat me to it Hunter...lol. He should win ROY. I mean, Durant's team sucks, and Horford has helped lead his team to an above .500 record. Horford is almost averaging a double double, and he plays huge minutes. Durant is playing well, but leading his team to an above .500 record, he is not.
