It's been a slow start, but they really aren't too far behind.

Outside of the Celtics and Pistons...there is nothing really that is scary (I suppose the Magic could be, but they've seemed to come back to earth after the hot start). There are a lot of teams just floating around .500.

Nah, we're the 8th seed now according to NBA.com. 1.5 games out of seventh. 2 games out of sixth. 2.5 out of fifth and fourth... Quite a few teams with pretty similar records. So we're really not in that bad of a spot right now.

I wonder if Orlando will keep their position as Top 3 in the East. SVG's comments about his team were pretty interesting, how they just like to collect their stats and don't really care if they win or lose. Hmm, I hope they keep losing then.

 

If we beat Pistons next game, and then beat Bucks, Wizards, we will be in the top 4 in the Eastern Conference.

Yeah, and if Butler played it woulda been another win for Washington. Sprained right ankle, rolled left ankle...damn, that Wizards team is all messed up with injuries. They need a new trainer!!
