WOOT! It's been too long since we've won on Christmas. Man lakers are different this year, with Bynum emerging we might be getting the Suns number quicker than ever.

    Bynum 28 (Career high), 10+ 2 blocks - Check

Team Effort (Notably DFish 19 and Ariza 15) - Check

So... Um is Jason Kidd coming to LA? [IMG]

IMO while he was watching the game... he was secretly writing a letter to Santa asking for a late Christmas gift... a trade to Tinseltown [IMG]

What a great game by the Lakers I had fun watching all those alleyhoops being thrown down. The Lakers played a great game. Ariza really surprised me with that dunk over Hill. Bynum is a beast!

We're officially here! Now c'mon, lets beat Utah and make our official statement on this league by beating Boston!!!! God, imagine if Bynum out does KG in that game? Mitch might not be a retard, afterall. I think Mitch just played us fans for retards.

Fish started off the game on fire and Kobe finished it in the 4th quarter.

Generally speaking, I think that Nash should be hit in the nose as many times as he flops on the floor. That would justify all the shots he gets on foul

You know, I know us Laker fans always complain about the refs...BUT...those were some horrendous tick tack fouls being called on us today. That 3 by Bell where he was skimmed on the arm by Kobe was ridiculous.

I think Phil Jackson made the smartest move of the season by starting Trevor Ariza tonight. I think he just discovered his new starting lineup throughout the year if there are no more trades, injuries, and/or other complications that arise.

Fisher, Kobe, Ariza, Odom, and Bynum is perfect.

Ariza is one hell of a slasher, which is the only thing he should be doing on offense. He can't really shoot the three, so he should continue cutting to the basket because he's a high flying act who gives the team so much momentum when he takes off. Factoring in his defense, there is no reason why either Luke or Vlad should start over him.

Agreed, although that's not to say Walton and Vladman are worthless. On 90% of the teams in this league, they would be starters. Having players of that caliber off the bench is an amazing asset.

Luke Walton wouldn't be a starter on most teams in the league. I'm not writing off Radman, I like him. He was playing good ball until he sprained his wrists. Once those heal up, I think he'll be fine.

However, for Luke, he had a good contract year..but that's it. He's look god awful this year and he's shown really now signs of improvement. I don't expect him to be a starter for much longer, if at all. I think if Ariza can come out and perform against Utah, he'll solidify the starting role.

Ariza as the starter is the best bet. The boy can play some defense. Something we've been lacking! I really nice addition for the price of the COOKIE MONSTER.

    One word ... AWESOME!

Watching D'Antoni bitch and moan on the sidelines made my day!

FREE ARIZA. I hope he gets more opportunities to start for the Lakers and eventually secures that role. He's exactly what this team has needed since Rick Fox retired.
