The Lakers have made more overtures about acquiring Jason Kidd, but the Nets weren't interested in the offer, according to the New York Post. The Nuggets, reportedly offering Marcus Camby and draft picks, are considered the front-runners if Kidd is dealt. -- Riverside Press-Enterprise</div>

I don't know how much sense this makes, though. For Denver, of course they'd have the best perimeter trio in the league, but what about inside? Kenyon, Nene, Steven Hunter, and Eddie? That is not gonna get it done in the playoffs, especially in the west. For New Jersey, they'd look better up front but is Marcus Williams ready to run a team that wants to compete? I'm not so sure about that. Then again, I'm a Rajon Rondo fanatic, so who am I to question that, right? Camby + Sean Williams, though... my goodness.

Might seem random, but I'd much rather have Lowry here than Williams. Never really been a huge fan of Williams, always liked Lowry better. Maybe it's my Syracuse fanatic talking here, but Williams never impressed me in college, Gerry seemed to be able to do alot going one on one with Marcus. I still have high hopes for Marcus, and still believe he was a bit of a steal...but I'd rather have a defensive point guard than him.
