I think keeping our heads above water, or at least at .500 until the All-Star break, is fine. Our last month is pretty easy so we can get to 46 or so wins if we are just average until then. 7-6 for January, maybe.
I'll be optimistic and say 9-4. I can see us lose to Boston, Detroit and Portland. At worst, 7-6 like speeds said.

I think this, along with March, are our easiest months. Similar to last season, the Raps have the chance to get healthy, find some consistency, and start a real run in the new year.
You guys are a little more optimistic than me, I hope you're right. Keep in mind we were 23-23 to start February last year and went 24-12 between then and April to finish things off well.
That was a pretty optimistic prediction, on my part. I could probably throw another L in there for the Washington double-header and the ESPN game against Detroit is up in the air, IMO. But I think we'll see some gradual improvement starting this month. Aside from TJ Ford, this team has finally gotten past a rash of injuries. Chris Bosh is rounding back into form and, aside from the one game against Houston, Bargnani's looked better in the starting lineup (finally showing his scoring ability against the Hornets). The D and rebounding are much better than I expected this year and I think we just need to find some consistency on offense to start a bit of a streak. I still think we'll make our big run during March, but January looks like a good month to get back on track.
