<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Lakers center Chris Mihm will be sidelined three to four weeks because of a sore Achilles in his right foot that will require weekly sonar-wave treatments.

Mihm, 28, who has had two surgeries on his right ankle, has not played recently because of bursitis and soreness in his his right heel. Mihm, who missed all of last season, has averaged 4.1 points and 3.7 rebounds this season. He has played in 19 of the Lakers' 30 games.</div>

Mihm never got it going this season and it was obvious he wasn't 100% at any point in the season. I think the Lakers and Mihm should work on a buyout and part ways. He has too, many nagging injuries that aren't going to get better playing basketball.

Chris Mihm is done. When he actually got some playing time this season, he looked absolutely horrible. And to think at one point, the guy was asking for the entire MLE

Yeah it was a joke that he was asking for all the MLE, when he plays he looks so bad he even bad Foyle look like an all star,at this point with Kwame back he could take all his team to heal. He should play in the D League.

Yea I also think that Mihm should retire after his surgery he hasn't been the same which is sad to see but it happens. I think that the Lakers should part ways with Mihm and look for a replacement that will paly defense.

I do feel bad for him. At one time, he was the second most consistent player on our team, now he's on the brink of retirement.
