<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The NBA announced the third returns for All-Star balloting on Thursday and Jason Kidd is still second among Eastern Conference guards, with his lead over third place widening to more than 126,000 votes. But the player in third is no longer Vince Carter. He has been passed by Ray Allen. Meanwhile, Richard Jefferson is still not listed among the top 10 forwards in the East.</div>

It's funny how Vince gets passed by Allen after he starts playing better. What the hell?

I want Vince to be in the all star game but at the same time I don't. They never let him play more than 15 or 16 mins even when he was leading in votes. He only plays early in the first and third quarters but i'm thinking it may be different this year if he's on the floor with jason kidd. WHO KNOWS.

because as Charles put it there was a feeling that VC didn't earn going to the all star game. Charles even said the first time he finally deserve being there was in 2005
