    Uh yeah, Im doing my college applications via the common application(online, not in paper form) and all my colleges require supplements.
    Now since Im doing my common application online, I have to do the supplements online as well. My problem? I dont know how to do supplements online! WTF! On the common app website, I go to college info and click on "supplement" next to the college's name, yet it is a ****ing PDF file!
    Help me!

    And this is precisely why I did all my apps the old fashion way.

    Which schools are you applying to? You should be able to do it via the school website, I'd imagine, and not the common app website.

    If I remember correctly there should be a way of filling out that PDF online, and submitting it online as well. It may be a link that takes you off site to the particular college, but should be relatively accessible.

    Im applying to Loyola Maryland, Delaware, Drew University, and St. Lawrence University through the common app.
    jigga-But how do I fill out the PDF online? Its freaking frustrating.

    Right and via the common app website it should take you through the process of going to each school's suppliment page for online submission. Of course, it's been quite a while since I applied with that thing, so it could be the case that you can (or have to) send the suppliment in via snail mail.

    Hello I found it out! All I had to do was add the colleges to "my college list" and then click on the supplement tab!

    Um can anyone do me a favor? I need to upload my personal essay, but the common app doesnt accept MS Word documents. If someone can convert it to a .pdf format, I would be most appreciative. I need this to be done. Please please please please please please please please please please please!

    Oh **** its still not uploading. It says "invalid access"
    WTF!?
    Does anyone know if it is ok to copy and paste this thing in the "additional info" box on the common app?

    You can upload Microsoft Word Documents.

    Invalid Access is when you have the Common App sitting open and your session like expires or something. You just need to log out/back in, and then the uploader will work right.

    Unfortunately, NU was the only school I applied to that used the Common App.

    University of Wisconsin uses the bastard application. Texas' application uses the slightly lesser bastard application.

    Common app is such a pain, but im almost done. I just need to do the supplements. Already submitted the common. [​IMG]
