NFL playoff picks Saturday, January 5, 2008 10:59 AM By Chris Palochko PA SportsTicker Staff Writer After finishing the regular season with a flourish, it's time for the playoffs. Playoff record: 0-0 (Home team in caps) 1. SEATTLE (-3 1/2) over Washington - The Seahawks have been overlooked for much of the season. Their defensive front will give Todd Collins fits. PICK: SEATTLE, 21-16 2. PITTSBURGH (+2 1/2) over Jacksonville - Just because everyone else is picking the Jaguars. PICK: PITTSBURGH, 24-20 3. TAMPA BAY (-3) over Ny Giants - Injuries are a concern for the Giants. Plus, the Bucs have the better coaching staff, a better defense and a better quarterback. PICK: TAMPA BAY, 21-17 4. SAN DIEGO (-10) over Tennessee - Talk about banged-up. That's exactly what the Titans are. The Chargers win their first playoff game since 1994 rather easily. PICK: SAN DIEGO, 27-13 Super Bowl Prediction: No one is beating the New England Patriots. They will defeat the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl XLII.
I'm sticking w/ my picks from an earlier related thread http://sportstwo.com/forums/1st-Playoff-Pr...ns-t109127.html Titans, Jacksonville, Redskins, & Tampa Jaguars IMO are the only visitor who can in Foxboro
