I noticed that. When I heard "the Raptors are back at .500" I was like HOLY SHIT! Nets are 2nd in the Atlantic!
yeah i cant believe that. im suprised toronto isnt gettin more notice as being a big underachieving team. they should be A LOT better than what they are, then again maybe i overrated them. before kg i thought they would take the ATL again because i thought they would come out hot while we come out slow (like we always do) w/o krstic being krstic. i thought toronto would grow on their season and playoff (even though they lost to us) and come out firing and running. i havent watched raptor games, why are they at .500? lack of D? lack of leadership? No O? early deficit like us but cant come back? i mean they have scorers and they have a big in bosh, the hard part is done. they just gotta play together.
Raptors were overrated going into the season even though they were ranked behind the Celtics and us. Garbo, and TJ injuries have hurt them along with Andrea not producing. Now he is and they still are loosing which makes you wonder how good they really are. Us on the other hand have had everyone produce since the new lineup. Malik had been a good producer off the bench and I'm finally happy with Collins play. Can't wait to see how it keeps rolling.
Toronto has a 1st option, 2 good PG's but not a sure scorer at the wing position and thats our huge problem. Thats why the Nets and Celtics will have an advantage on us until then.

Injuries are really hurting your team, and testing your depth. The basketball gods are being assholes to you guys right about now. Believe me, us Nets fans know how you feel.
this is good news. It's definitly gonna be a battle between us and Tornoto to the end for 2nd place in the Atlantic.

Mitchell also doesn't have the greatest rotation, seeing Joey play today wonders if he is in their to showcase him for a trade, or if he is just lost. We got the Sixers next, should be able to handle them, then again, said that about Cleveland too.

we've got 7 road games for the rest of the month...long west coast trip. Then again, we play better on the road it seems
Ok i looked at your schedule and you should beat Charlotte Tuesday then on your long road trip id say 3-3 at worst for you guys so 4-3 during that road swing, not bad
