The Nets will win by 10+ points...............and Vince goes off for a season-high 33 pts. But sadly these win streaks mean nothing b/c our team all-around is not good enough. We can only go so far with VC and Kidd........and sometimes RJ(all his baskets are fastbreak lay-ups and dunks). I hope Kiki makes some changes.....no matter who goes.

VC was just taken out for nachbar w/4 min remaining in 1st quarter. He is 1-4....and just allowed Kevin durant to block his lay-up. I recant my earlier prediction of 33pts.....now 18pts. Either VC is finished as an elite player b/c of injuries(bum knee), he's happy taking a backseat to RJ and letting him get all of the fastbreak points, or IMO he doesn't want to be in NJ because 1- they won't contend for anything, they have done nothing about the front court since he got there....meaning they are not really trying to win 2- he hates Frank b/c he's garbage, 3- He's a half-court player and everyone else wants to be a fast-break team (which we are not very good at anyway). OPINIONS PLEASE......

My opinion is that your post is ridiculously off base. Who cares how many points VC scores? Honestly, as long as his play benefits the team, which it has been, who cares what numbers he puts up.

also B15 I think you're making quite a leap there. VC doesn't score your prediction and that means he's sick of NJ and wants out? :/

Not at all......I changed my prediction if you look at the posts. I'm simply stating that I believe that VC has carried this team the last 3 years (scoring wise) and taken over games numerous times and where has it got the NETS......2nd round and out. I think he's fed up with the nets b/c they haven't tried to make a move for a big guy since he arrived....and that shows in the playoffs. He realizes that they won't do anything in the playoffs and he is frustrated, so I think he has somewhat given up hope and it shows when he plays sometimes. He was always the go-to man, now he lets RJ run around and score and he simply takes a backseat. That's why I believe he wants out, so that he can go to a team that is trying to win, seriously trying to win. We all know he can go for 30+ when he feels like it and I haven't seen that fire in him this year.

I see Kidd being fed up with the team because they haven't gotten him "Kenyon" back, but I just don't know if I see Carter feeling the same way. He hasn't been in the same shoes as Kidd, in that regard. Also Jefferson is scoring, but there's not a huge discrepancy there. Vince got 18, ok, one basket short of 20. If the case were that he was netting 15 points a game, I'd say thats a fair complaint (especially if that trend were carried over a significant number of games)
