They have no shooters in the rotations! Is there any avaliable that would be traded for cheap? Rasual butler comes to mind, but he kinda sucks at everything else.
Um, they have this guy named Joe Johnson. I know he's underrated and flies under the radar and all, but it's hard to forget the best player on the team. Did I mention he's probably one of the best spot shooters in basketball? Oh yea, and when Tyronn Lue is healthy he's a pretty good shooter too.
LOL...Joe isn't the shooter he used to be, he now perfers to take it to the basket. lue is an okay shooter, but he's a liability at everything else.
There was a thread in the Magic forum a while ago about JJ Redick being available. And Toronto's tried to get rid of Juan Dixon for a while now.

He's still one of the best shooters in the NBA, he's just more aggressive now than he used to be and isn't settling for the jump shot.
How about Salim Stoudamire? Ya know, the guy who shot better that Redick in college, had the best shooting percentages in college his senior year. What happened to him? Is he injured?

Yes, his career averages are much better, but the team in total is shooting 31% from 3. They need a reliable shooter now.
Would a trade of Josh Smith, Childress and Speedy for Mikael Peitrus, Al Harrington and a pick work? Would Atlanta even want Al back, I'm not sure if he left on good terms. I think this could be a good trade, ATL gets 2 good shooters although Pietrus is streaky, it dumps Speedy's contract and clears up some of the logjam at the wing spots. GS gets Smith who would be a beast in their system and 2 solid backups. This works according to Real GM.
