    No defense today.

Bulls give up 69 in the 1st half, no answer for Johnson 10-15/5 reb/4 ast/25 points.

In fact, Childress (another big athletic guard) is 5-6 for 12 points, with 5 rebounds as well.

Bulls are also getting killed on the boards. Wallace has 7 and Smith 7, but the rest of the team has 7 combined.

    32-21 rebounding advantage for Atlanta.

Nocioni starts out the 2nd half hot.

Pax phones in a lineup change. Both Duhon and Hinrich yanked and Gordon and Thabo come in. Interesting... they really want to try the Gordon/Thabo back court. Gordon at PG.

I don't see that the bulls are running an actual offense here.

Smith wandering around near the FT line, Gordon dribbling against the constant double team, pass it to Deng for a one-on-one kind of iso play.

I turned it off after the first half. Season is a wash imo.

OK, season is a wash, we're just about 1/2 way through and fighting to get near .500 still.

    Is the franchise a wash?

Agreed, the season is a wash. The franchise... not yet, but it's in need of fixing. Before we seemed to be more than the sum of our parts, and now we're less. Gotta find out why that is.
