Someone just told me that Bynum was helped off the court and that he couldn't walk on his own. Anyone watching the game and know what happened?
I feel sicker than a mother fucker right now. I knew today was too good to be true, Chargers win...Giants win...Bynum Down...ugh what a way to ruin my day. Looks somewhat severe, he was in a good amount of pain and had no weight on his leg when he was helped off the court. I'm hoping at worst, it's a sprained knee. Please God, don't be a ligament tear.
I blame Lamar Odom God damnit, he had to be in the same arena as Bynum. We should've shipped his ass out in a deal for the number 8 pick, then Bynum wouldn't have came down on his foot. **** YOU LAMAR >
Holy shit, I beat the ticker by 4 minutes LOS ANGELES (Ticker) -- Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum injured his left knee and ankle in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies and had to be assisted off the floor. With just under nine minutes left in the third, Bynum went up for a rebound. As he came down, his left foot landed on top of teammate Lamar Odom's foot, causing his left knee and ankle to turn awkwardly. Bynum laid on the floor for a short while before leaving the court with the help of team's training staff. His return is unknown. A third-year center, Bynum had 10 points and nine rebounds in 17 minutes before his departure.
Damn are you serious? I'm not even watching the game right now. Holy shit, did it look bad when it happened? If it's anything serious, then there goes the season. He was having another great game too....
Latest report. X-rays Negative. MRI tomorrow. Andrew in a great deal of pain. Mitch and Jim Buss in locker room with him. Again, Bynum in excruciating pain. Staff thinks it is a severe sprain. Again, X rays negative. MRI tomorrow. Please God, no ligament tear.
What the hell does X-rays negative mean. That's good right? If Bynum is out for an extended amount of time, get ready for last season all over again. This is bullshit. We started to fall apart around this part of the season last year too
Brian, blame Odom Negative means that there is no obvious damage to the knee. But when it comes to knee, they can be very misleading due to all of the ligaments, that's why he's getting an MRI tomorrow. It looks like an MCL sprain. Anywhere from 2-6 weeks is my guess.
Shit. I'm praying to God it's nothing serious. I can't believe it's Odom's fault too, the guy is nothing but bad news. Let's just all hope Bynum is a pussy or something and it ends up being a bruise. lol

Lol, it's not Odom's fault. I'm just messing around because Bynum and Odom's foot got tangled coming down for the rebound. It was just an unfortunate event.
The basketball gods hate us .. this was almost the exact same time last year that everyone starting getting hurt and the team started spiraling downward.. ..
