"I have decided to return to Rutgers for my senior season in 2008 to complete my degree and football career," said Greene. "There is unfinished championship business for us to take care of here at Rutgers." Our secondary would have been questionable at best next year if he left. Losing both starting safeties would not have been a good thing.
