Well I thought it was just my 'Net' eyes before but I watched the game with my girlfriends brother whose a Raptors fan and he was even commented how many bad calls Sean was getting. Of course Sean does foul sometimes but it's getting a little carried away now with every loose ball and even that putback yet Blazers came down and did almost the exact play. I know rookies always get bad calls but this is getting rediculous.
he's a rookie, he'll get the benefit later on. im worried that sean wont improve and just get worse like wright did. or plateau like boone

I know Sean Williams is a rookie, but Joe gets treated like a rookie.</div> Next time Joe goes for an offensive rebound and gets grabbed, it will be offensive? That is what we are getting. I know it's what players go through but we need some calls and we aren't getting any.
I think it just goes with reputation (unfortunately). I say this because to be honest, I think Sean's gotten away with some blocks that could have been goaltending because he's established himself as a shotblocker.
remember all those ticky tack stupid fouls krstic picked up when he became our starter? hes a rookie, so what can ya expect? now if this was year 3 and hes getting treated like a rook then thats something different. each player needs to establish himself and his style of play to the refs, then he will get the calls or get the benefit of the doubt with calls. thats how wade gets so many, early he established himself as a guy who drives and drives hard to the lane. i just cant wait to see sean really grow up. hopefully he learns quickly so we can see it sooner, but if this kid keeps his head on straight he can do some special things for a long time.

Like Krstic he is still putting up numbers which bolds well for later on. -Petey
