I have questions, for anyone and everyone who wants to answer 'em: What type of offense should this team use? If you were a coach, what would you have this team do? Last night, against the Blazers, we went up against a zone for much of the game. With the zone, we could have attacked multiple spots, such as the baseline. I recall the baseline being used alot, successfully, by RJ and Collins on the Nets of old....who used the Princeton Offense. Do you think think this team, as currently constructed, could run the Princeton Offense? Do you think it would make a difference for this team?
I just think Frank is too much of a micro managing type coach with a point guard like Kidd you should just give him free reign but Frank seems to just be too stubborn he's always calling a play every time the Nets are bringing the ball up...the way this team is built this is not a half court grind it out team but Frank is trying his hardest to impose that kind of style on this team, they should run at every opportunity

Frank has said about a billion times that he wants them to play aggressive defense, run and get as many easy baskets as possible.
Pick-and-Roll, or pick-and-pop Nothing is worse when the bench gets put in, and we go to running NO offense. You know, the usual "pass the ball along the perimeter for 20 seconds and then launch a jumpshot" offense. Ridiculous. We might not have all stars out there, but Armstrong, Antoine, Boki, Malik, and Collins should be able to know how to run through the offense.
I wanna see us run some run n gun offense. Kinda like the Warriors. I think we are a very similar team to the Suns offensively with our personnel but Frank is just a crack head n cant run a team for his life
We dont have the roster to run like them. Half our roster is big guys. Suns and Warriors have mostly guards and combo forwards. plus, not all our players run at every opportunity like jefferson.
Well if we could get Carter off his ass and run or get Wright in there and we can put Nachbar in at PF. We could run people out of the building with PG-Kidd SG-Carter/Wright (Depending on if VC is being old or not) SF-Jefferson PF-Nachbar/Williams C-Williams/Boone (I'd split them let Boone start and have Williams come off the bench or even play PF) Then when they are tired and we start missing we put in a line-up to slow down the game and give them a breather without missing too many possessions Slow Line-Up PG-DA/Williams SG-Wright/Carter (Depends on who was running) SF-Jefferson/Nachbar (Depends on who was running even though RJ probably wouldn't need too much of a break) PF-Krstic/Allen C-Magloire/Krstic
