If the whole team was healthy who would be the starting five. Right now it's PG-Kidd SG-Carter SF-Jefferson PF-Williams C-Boone Say Kristic comes back and plays just as well as he did before he got hurt should we put him in the starting line-up? I would make it PG-Kidd SG-Carter SF-Jefferson PF/C-Krsitc PF/C-Boone IMO Sean Williams plays better comming off the bench. And wtf the kid can jump outta the building but I haven't seen him win an opening tip yet. Also I would stick with the line-up no matter what I'm tired of Frank changing line-ups to "match-up" with the other team. He's such a bad coach doesn't he realize that you want the other team to play "our game" not adjust to what they do and try to beat them at their game (I was bored that's why this thread sucks lol)
I don't see the line up changing when Krstic gets back. I think maybe over time if he can work himself back to his former self he'll replace Sean, but I don't think thats happening till the post season, if that.
Its funny--for years, the most often heard complaint about frank was that he DIDN'T change his lineup, but insisted on playing Collins regardless of who the opposing PF was. Anyway, I'll think you'll find that, since settling on the Sean Williams-Boone combination, there have been no lineup changes, which would seem to destroy your theory. As far as the opening tip: it's mostly technique (you have to jump before the ball reaches its apex), and besides, who cares. It's just ceremonial. Now that there isn't a jump ball to start the second half, I don't even see the point of participating. It would be great if Krstic and carter would come off the bench, but it's not as if Wright actually adds anything.
