MVP will go to LeBron if the Cavs can manage to win over 45 games.

Not to mention he is playing his best D in his career. Take into account that LeBron is playing on severely flawed team, if he does not play well the team does not win. The Cavs should be as bad as the Bobcats or Heat record wise. If he can lead these guys to 45 wins then he deserves the MVP.

They are going to give it to someone like KG before they give it to LeBron. Personally I agree with your viewpoint that stats should overshadow team win totals especially when you factor in injuries that led to less wins. However the writers have made it clear a player's team must win 50 games to qualify.
The way they're playing they quite possibly will though. If they can keep up these performances they should get 50+ wins. On a side note, they play the Suns tonight, I wonder if they can put up 39 assists against them . . .
