feels good to know that he's the only player being paid lots of money for missing shots and not helping the team.

Here's what his teammates had to say about Kwame being booed every time he touched the ball.

"That's tough for anybody. For a guy who wants to play the right way, it's even tougher," said Lamar Odom

"I thought it was terrible," said Kobe Bryant, who led the Lakers with 30 points and seven rebounds. "If they want to do that, they can stay home. He's going to be our guy here for two months. He's going to do fine, he's going to play well the next game."

"Kwame's sensitive. You boo him, it's going to affect him. I told him I've got his back." said Kobe

"We all stand behind him, we have faith in him," said Jordan Farmar, who scored 12 of his 16 points in the fourth quarter. "That's just not right. If you're a Laker fan, you should support your team through the good, the bad, the ugly."

They make it seem like he's a little boy.

Kwame needs a hand enlargement. Or start wearing football gloves during the game.

He's a grown ass man. He has been in the league for seven seasons already, and for him to miss open dunks and brick open layups is just unacceptable. He deserved to get booed yesterday, his performance was piss poor. He can cry me a river

Not to mention a former number 1 Draft pick.

kwame is mentally weak. He's totally shook right now, I'm sure. He might never be the same again. That's kind of unfortunate.

I do feel sorry for him, but at the same time, this is part of the occupation .. I think if he feels he can't deal with it mentally, he should hang em' up at the end of the year. No sense putting yourself through hell

He is a strong, reasonably athletic human with a decent vertical leap and good end to end quickness.

Its a real shame he has no mental toughness whatsoever...

Yeah, he's mentally weak, but so are many other players. His problem is he lacks the fundamentals to make the right god damn play. For example, he routinely passes up dunks for clanked lay-ups. His hands are also too god damn small and he tries to force things. Ugh I hate that asshole and the fans were right to boo him.

Check this out for comedic value:

I'm never trusting that website again.

He just needs to find a new home, still way too early to retire. He is decent as a 2nd string, and his post defense is still okay. It just when he tries to score he looks absolutely horrible. He has great post moves, but tries finishing with little pussy lay-ups that either misses or get swatted, when he should be throwing it down like Bynum.

    Well he is still inconsistent.

I think the whole small hands thing is overblown. I bet you anything his hands are bigger than anybody here, and i bet we all catch better than him too.

Yeah I don't think it's just about the hands. He seems nervous and awkward around the basket and has a low B-Ball IQ I figure.

As much as I despise him, he's all we've got at the moment, so unless we're getting a halfway quality big in return, we can't really ship him out. And it really is unfortunate that he gets booed. I realize he's playing horrendous and doesn't deserve that big contract he's got, but when he's going to be our starting center for the next 4-8 weeks, fans are going to have to live with that and give him some support.
