Dfish and KB24!!! Especially after the Denver game... WTF??? Steve Nash and Raja Bell??? erm they shouldnt even be included
I would still say Detroit's backcourt, San Antonio's comes in second. But Davis and Ellis is growing on me.
I think when Carter and Kidd are playing well, they are a top PG/SG combo. Fisher and Kobe are a good backcourt, along with NO with Paul and Peterson.
If Steve Nash and Raja Bell are up there, Kobe and Derek deserve to be up there...just because of Kobe alone. However, Overall the best back court in the league belongs to Detroit, IMO.
Is there any question that it's the Detroit duo? Each are very consistent and either one can light you up on any given night. I would have to put Ellis and Davis behind them, though in my opinion, it's not really close.
It's close between Chauncey/Rip and TP/Ginobili, but I'm going with San Antonio's by a slight nudge. I think Ginobili is a better all-around player than Rip and I think Parker's speed and reliability in the paint is damn near irreplaceable. That's not saying that Chauncey or Rip are easily replaceable, because they are both All-Star ballplayers, but I think it's debatable and much closer than the poll insists. Parker/Ginobili by a hair.
