<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Sam Mitchell believes that Andrea Bargnani should spend some time next summer working out with former NBAer John Lucas, who has established himself as one of the best trainers of professional basketball players in the world. "It's like a war down there. It's like, hold, grab, hit. And that's what our guys need," said Mitchell, who also will encourage other young Raptors, such as Jamario Moon and Joey Graham, to attend Lucas' camp during the off-season. "They've got everything they need (treatment-wise) but when you go in that hellhole of a gym, they beat the s--- out of each other. And that's good. That's where you really learn how to play. There are no referees blowing their whistle, you have to call your own fouls. You argue a little bit. It will be good for all of them. ... And that's when the (hard-ass) in Andrea will come out. Because he has it in him," Mitchell continued. -- Toronto Sun</div>
That is one of the smartest things I've ever heard come out of Sam Mitchell's mouth. Thank god he doesn't think Bargnani should play SF. We need Bargnani to toughen up. We need him to be able to bang down low, fight for rebounds and play good post defense. Bargnani needs to learn to do more then shoot, because we can't just rely on him making 3's. I don't really see a need for Moon and Graham to go. Those guys are SF's, and playing them at PF isn't that great of an idea. While, I think Moon needs to bulk up, he doesn't need to be playing down low.
