West: Iverson - Bryant - Yao - Anthony - Duncan

Pretty much the same group that it had been for a while, other then AI making it in over T-Mac.

    Thoughts?

i think next week will the more interesting announcement, but
with AI making it over T-Mac gives the West another spot, because T-mac won't make it as a reserve

Chris Paul or Steve Nash should've made it over Iverson in my opinion, but it's fan votes so it doesn't really matter

No big surprises here, the '03 draft is well represented, than Bosh and Josh Howard is most likely to get in, and Kaman has a chance as well.

I hope one of the Hawks make it, Josh, Marvin, or Joe(he doesn't deserve to tho.)

I'm surprised Iverson got in over T-Mac. Sure, they say he passed him in the voting but it was a large margin, wasn't it? After T-Mac's recent comments, this makes me a little suspicious. I'm happy it turned out this way, though. One less guard gets snubbed.

Here's who I think should be the reserves:

    Eastern Conference
    Paul Pierce
    Chris Bosh
    Chauncey Billups
    Caron Butler
    Antawn Jamison
    Rasheed Wallace
    Ray Allen or Joe Johnson

    Western Conference
    Chris Paul
    Steve Nash
    Dirk Nowitzki
    Carlos Boozer
    Marcus Camby
    Brandon Roy
    Baron Davis

I agree with your lists though I would put Chris Kaman or Amare Stoudemire in over Camby (Nuggets do not deserve 3 players), and JJ over Allen

It's tough, all of those players you mentioned are deserving without question. Same with Deron Williams, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili. I just look at it this way: Marcus Camby has been snubbed enough. I don't care if Denver has 0, 1, 2, or 3 All-Stars - Camby needs to be put in there at least once. Amare is going to make plenty of All-Star games throughout the rest of his career. Kaman will likely make a couple. Give Camby his dues before he experiences a drop-off, because that is coming soon.

As for Ray/JJ - it could go either way. Johnson is the better all-around player at this point, but at the same time - especially as a Boston fan - if Detroit got 4 All-Stars a couple years ago for having the best record, give us 3 for our historic record (4th best start in NBA history, 29-3).

I also could see Tyson somehow being chosen (but that is probably my bias because I'm a huge Chandler fan)
