I don't know if you can even say that though, they're obviously intoxicated. I'm sure if the interviewer would've asked them their opinions at a different place, such as an elegant restaurant, in which they most likely wouldn't be drunk, they would've answered it much more maturely.
It's not very easy living down here FYI. those people obviously live in Baton Rouge, so they know nothing about what goes on over here, just follow what they see on the news...which is trash!
Yeah some valid points got lost by their use of racism. Can you rule out that some people want to live in cheaper housing to avoid the eye of the law? Of course not, but can you stereotype those types of people as black? No, thats racist and idiotic.
