Btw, I hate ESPN and TNT. IMO they should give an equal amount of TV time to all NBA teams (excluding the Knicks)

yea the whole world can watch the hawks get an ass spanking by the Clippers!!

For a Hawks fan, I'm surprised at you. I don't believe I've ever seen you make a positive post about the team other than praising Horford, Smith, and occasionally Marvin. You seem to downright despise everyone/everything else about the team.

Well, the Hawks have been pretty bad for years now, it's pretty hard to watch a team that always loses. I understand that what he can enjoy is watching the young talented players and their potential.

I personally wouldn't want to watch more than 1-2 Hawk games per year that my home team plays, just to get a glimpse of the young players.

Hawks vs. Clippers, or Memphis vs. Hawks, or Hawks vs. New York, New York vs. Memphis, etc. Just don't do it for me.

Which is why I'm confused as hell as to why people are excluding Paul and Howard from their lists. I mean, am I watching the same league as everyone else?

This isn't the networks' fault.. It's been this way for a while. Schedules are set up prior to the season, and networks typically choose games based on star power and/or performance the previous year.. This usually works pretty well, though this year is an obvious exception.

No one would want to watch the Pacers vs Bucks on national TV, so why would they shell out all that money for it?

The LBJ-less Cavs just lost to the Sonics. That is how valuable he is to his team

Without him, they are the worst team in the league by far. But you could possibly make that case with Kobe or Wade.

Well, if you give it to the most important player, than dammit give it Andrew Bynum. Since he went down, the Lakers are 2-5 and are showing no signs of figuring out how to win.

With Wade, the Heat still suck this season

    I'd watch that [IMG] haha.

Well, then again, I believe they should give at least 1 night of TV time to all NBA teams...and then do what they've been doing with the rest of the schedule.

The Cavs are a badly built team. They need another decent playmaker for when Lebron goes to the bench, or when the opposing team focuses their defense on him.

I think Black Mamba has it right, except the order could change every couple of weeks, I'd probably throw Kidd and Nash into the MVP conversation as well.

I don't think Kidd qualifies for MVP discussion at the moment.

Obviously the problem is that each game costs a ton of money.. Both the rights to air it as well as the cost to air it.. A game featuring a red-hot Lebron or Kobe will get 10x more ratings than the Bucks-Pacers will ;[

It just isn't realistic to show teams for the sake of showing them

You can't make that case for Wade, because his team is the worst in the league with him.
