Shades of MSG years ago .. Luke makes the same stupid play .. Luke gets a great look, instead pump fakes, passes to Kobe with time expired .. what a bonehead play by an idiot of a ball player. ..

Thank you. It's great having a very knowledgeable poster feel the exact same way that I do about Luke!

It wasn't a great look, Lebron was like 1-2 feet away and it would have been a highly contested shot or blocked.

Although I agree that getting a shot up is better than no shot at all.

    Laker myths ...

Luke Walton has a high basketball IQ
Lamar Odom has potential to be a superstar in this league

You still don't pass up that play and it's Phil's fault if he didn't have the right guys on the court.

They both suck and are inconsistent.

Both need to get out of LA.

He should of shot the three.

These 5 guys should have been on the court on that final play

    Kobe-Fisher-Farmar-Sasha-Radman

    Not Luke, Odom, and Turiaf

it was a good look .. when he faked, that's when it became contested .. he stupidly faked, dribbled into two point range, picked up his dribble, and passed ...

I disagree. He had a few quick seconds to get it off. Stupid move by Luke.

Indeed, Phil lost his mind in his game, and is at fault for this debacle.

Haha, I thought I could overreact...LG.net users are calling Bynum the team's MVP. Idiots.

No doubt our MIP and our 2nd best player, but no way in hell is he our MVP. God I do miss him though!

What do you expect Luke to do, if he would have shot it, everyone would have said, he should have passed it to Kobe.

Are you crazy? There was no time left to pass to Kobe. No we wouldn't have criticized him.

F a hug. He's got millions, he's a ladies man. What he needs is a:

    -shot
    -handles
    -hops
    -health
    -defense
    -basketball iq
-passing abilities...yes they're average, but they're not great like most say.
    -skills
-Everything else needed to be a good role player.

To be honest I expect him to be on the bench watching when the game is on the line.

Kobe was the one that passed it to him .. so why would we criticize him for not passing it to Kobe with time expiring.. that makes no sense

I'm just dumbfounded how Luke can repeat the biggest mistake of his career. That takes stupid to another level. It's like if Kobe decided to go back to Eagle, CO and nail another chick .. can anyone really be that stupid?!

Let's not forget another Luke bonehead moment when he couldn't inbound the ball against Cleveland on our final possession.
