<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'> Could Someone Else Motivate These Guys? And to top it off, someone in the locker room tells him that a tounge-lashing from Jason Kidd would get Vince Carter to play up to his ability, but that Kidd doesn’t care to take that action. The Coach - Dave D'Alessandro - Nets Blast</div>
Dave D knows the game, but not here, he's dead wrong. I think these columnists get a little too close the situation. He sees and interviews Frank all the time, and naturally, he'd feel bad jumping on the bandwagon calling for his little red head. By taking the less popular side, he tries to seem more rational, informed and enlightened. But in reality, there are a bunch of guys who could coach this team better (my left nut could coach this team better) and it would be hard to do worse. I mean really hard. Blowing a 7-point lead in 80 seconds to the worst team in the league is almost impossible. Everything you do has to backfire for that to happen. It's like that Seinfeld where George finally starts to doing the opposite of what his intiution tells him. That's what Frank needs to do and he'd be fine. Just ignore everything he thinks he's learned to this point. Otherwise, it's time for Frank to walk. To deny this is idiocy, but then again, that movie Idiocracy was loosely based on the Nets franchise.
dave d doesnt know the game, hes a fan. earlier in the season when magloire was playing like shit, he tried to make excuses for him and tried to highlight the best parts, now he hates magloire. he's a clown

I see frank is not going anywhere and they are going to trade kidd and carter instead. This team is going to suck for the next 4-6 years!!! If we dont get some good pieces or picks for those 2 players i am done. I will never pay for a nets ticket again.

If that's the case then we need a coach who can.
eh, I think the first highlighted statement aims at the performance of the entire team, while the second on aims at a single player.
No way, I trust the anonymous internet posting of teenage fans way more than reporters who cover the team.

Frank would be doing just fine if Thorn didn't let things get to this point by sitting on his ass and doing nothing for the last three years.
