After all, I would think that indulging in performance enhancing drugs would be encouraged at the Cialis Western Open, though I'm not sure how that would affect the action on the golf course itself.

If they arent testing, its more than one....I think its clear that most athletes will push the envelop as far as they legally can and a large portion will push it past that point if they think they can get away with it....

My question is how much do steroids help a golfer hit the ball further? Obviously you want to be strong to hit a ball far, but there's a reason you don't see body builders, pro wrestlers, etc. on the PGA Tour.

There are plenty of little guys that can hit the ball far... It's mostly about the swing, not strength.

Not all steroids are about bulk muscle though....you can take steriods and skip the weightlifting and they will help you recover faster from injury....and in a sport like golf that is so dependant on twisting to generate force, injuries around the torso need to heal fast and well

You're right. I know of a few guys that have taken a long time to recover from their injuries so I don't think they're on them.

I forget how long it took Tiger to recover from his knee surgery.
