I know it talks about Howard to the Nets, but perhaps Portland is the one who is actually getting Howard (and Harris). That seems to justify why they're willing to part with so many players of their winning team.
Yeah right they are not giving up Howard. If Thorn takes this stubborn approach again this season Kidd isn't going anywhere.
According to the three team deal, NJ would have a logjam at the SF position just without Howard. NJ would probably trade Nachbar or Wright as well if Howard is involved.
