<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Sacramento Bee - The Sacramento Kings are not against trading forward Ron Artest before the NBA's trade deadline, according to the Sacramento Bee. Both Artest and Kings' President Geoff Petrie spoke about the possibility that the versatile forward's days are numbered in Sacramento earlier this week. "I've talked to Ron twice in the last two weeks about a lot of different things," Petrie told the Bee on Wednesday night. "The biggest thing for him and everybody else is to keep playing as well as you can. Everybody knows the trading deadline is coming up. Like I've said before, we're not averse to trading anybody if it benefits us in some way and our future, and I think (Artest) is comfortable with that."</div> Source He's likely going to opt out of his deal after this season as it is - Sacramento is better off getting something for him before the deadline than just letting him go for nothing. I personally think they need to blow it up - heavily shop everybody not named Kevin Martin, John Salmons, Francisco Garcia, and possibly Spencer Hawes. They need to rebuild, this current make-up isn't going to win anything.
