Phil Jackson is the one to blame here for not giving Kobe the ball and making him inbound it instead of shoot it for the win.

PJax said himself a game or two ago, he has two forwards who haven't hit a shot. (referring to Luke Walton and Lamar Odom) Why give the game winning shot to Odom, when he clearly isn't a top 3 choice for taking a big 3. Drawing up a play for Kobe makes sense, maybe for Fisher or Radmanovic, Farmar, or even Vujajic.
