This came as a total shock. Can't wait to see him and Bynum in the frontcourt. I bet Kobe is doing backflips right now.

Kobe is laughing it up and buying Mitch dinner. Finally the Lakers have a great front court again.

    Memo to Gasol:

    STAY AWAY FROM LAMAR'S FOOT!

I wonder if the Lakers are brave enough to deal Bynum or Odom for Kidd now.

    wow, Deja Vu.

The Lakers are not going to trade Bynum, no way. Not only in terms of age and potential but Kidd's contract along with Kobe's and Gasol's would be too much for any ownership.

Should the Lakers decide to trade Odom and Bynum for Kidd, they would be the Celtics of the West... Lakers/Celtics in the finals? I think David Stern is pushing some buttons to make it happen. Would the Lakers do it? I'd have to think it's 90% chance they won't - Kobe handles the ball most of the time as it is, so Fisher is fine as a spot up shooter for them.

Not a chance. He's too young and he's developing too well for them to give him up. Plus, a frontcourt of Gasol and Bynum could be deadly.

I'm waiting for the press release in July

The Lakers are pleased to announce the signing of guard Juan Carlos Navarro

I love this trade for the Laker, a front court of Bynum/Gasol/and Lamar wow I'm drool for that frontcourt . than you add maybe the best player in the game. Laker win big on this one. I'm glad no one from the East, like Chicago got him, than we(Hawks) would be in trouble.
