<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>WASHINGTON (Ticker) - The Los Angeles Lakers welcome their newest member on Sunday when they visit the Washington Wizards. Pau Gasol, who was acquired in a trade with the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday, will join the team Sunday. While the 27-year-old seven-footer will be available for the game, it is uncertain whether he will play or not.</div> Sports Ticker Pau will be here for the game against the Wizards, not sure if he's playing though. For some odd reason, I'm doubting it since he wouldn't have had the opportunity to really get to know the offense at all. But, in the same hand, we do need him with the loss of Kwame, so who knows. I'm hoping he will personally.
hi guys is there any chance that i can watch this game on the internet?? I´m from germany and they won´t transmit this game tomorrow!
im guessing he comes off the bench ONLY if we need him... washington is pretty thin themselves playing without Butler... Kobe can take on jamison and co. or maybe phil can let the lakers play at will with pau and see what he is capable off to assess him... any way it goes, this SHOULD be a win for us.
isn't pau hurt right now though? I know he's been in and out of the lineup the past week .. perhaps it would be a good idea to hold him out a game

If you get "service unavailable", then just keep refreshing until it opens up, which it will eventually.) #2: http://channelsurfing.net/ (It's the last link at the very bottom. Click on it and it will open up a new window. Not sure, but it'll probably show the game there.) #3: http://www.raptorsnation.net/forum/portal.php (First, you'll have to register if you haven't or just log-in. Once you've done that, you'll see a section, "Today's Games". If you look, you'll find a Sixers @ Laker link. When you click on it, a new window will open. Not sure, but it'll probably show the game there. But, if I were you, i'd just simply go to their NBA Live Chat, which is located at the very last section. There, you'll be given Laker links come game time.) #4: http://www.magicalinks.info/

I doubt they plan to use him much tomorrow, but probably want to run some plays for him and see what he's capable of doing. I'm sure winning will make that back feel a lot better.
Those injuries could have been exagerated because they were shopping him. You never know... Anyways, just a heads up for everybody here on the West Coast. Game starts at 9:00 AM Pacific. Early as hell
I think he'll definitely play, we're so short-handed with out him. Caron Butler is expected to play last I heard. Gasol supposedly was sitting out so they didn't risk injury to him because the conversation between the Grizzlies and the Lakers have been going on for a couple of weeks now.
