I'm not a Nets fan but it seems like everytime I watch them they look like two different teams. It's not a knock on Vince Carter, it's a knock on the Nets team since VC got there. </div> What? When Vince got here the Nets were looking in bad shape that 04/05 season. Vince carried that team to an improbable playoff birth. Nets had a slow start to the 05/06 but turned it around and finished with 49 wins. Last season they struggled with injuries a off court issues like Kidd's divorce but managed to pull it together at the end and make the playoffs. This season another slow start again and Kidd being unhappy way early in the season. Then the Nets go on a 9 game losing streak where there defense was terrible which puts them in a hole which they are trying to dig themselves out of except there is an air of uncertainty with the all the trade speculation.

So Carter is become a passer now? Nice to get ten assists but we have Kidd to do that. We are a 9th seed at best.
