Nenad is supposed to come back and play tonight against the Hawks. What are: a - Your expectations of him tonight b - Your expectations of him the rest of the year c - Team expectations with Swift and Nenad
Here's mine. a - I expect him to play 40+ minutes with 38pts 20reb 3ast b - I expect to go 36-0 the rest of the season ending with a finals sweep over the Suns c - I expect a Boone-Williams-Krstic-Swift rotation which creates havvoc in the East and we become the best Defensive team in the league along with the Best Offensive team in the paint Well.. that's just me what about you guys?
a - Your expectations of him tonight
I expect him to look rusty as hell. He'll probably look like he doesn't belong the majority of the time and will most likely take a few forced shots. I think there will be a few plays where he looks like the Nenad of old.
b - Your expectations of him the rest of the year
I expect him to continue to look rusty for a while, but eventually gain some type of confidence back. Don't know whether he'll eventually crack the starting line-up for certain match ups, but he'll definitely be nice to have off the bench towards the end of the season.
c - Team expectations with Swift and Nenad
I'm thinking .500 to end the season, maybe a little below, with a low playoff seed, and an early first round exit. Don't really know how much of an impact Swift will have, if any.

What are: a - Your expectations of him tonight b - Your expectations of him the rest of the year c - Team expectations with Swift and Nenad
hmmm maybe not as optimistic as you but i expect, a. 8,4,1 maybe, being nice, a few jumpers b. I expect 9 and 4 for the rest of the season. c. I expect similar numbers for Swift, also I think there great additions for the bench.
a - 10 minutes with 4 points on 2 - 5 shooting. b - 20 minutes averaging 9 and 4. c - Swift to average 10 and 5 while Krstic does not play much.
a - 5-10 minutes 2-4 points, 1-2 boards. b - 15-20 minutes 6-8 points, 4-6 boards. c- Swift isn't going to get off the bench much.
a - Your expectations of him tonight 10 minutes, 5 pts, 3 rbs, 2 fouls b - Your expectations of him the rest of the year 18 mpg, 8 ppg, 5 rpg c - Team expectations with Swift and Nenad That's our bench behind Sean and Boone. Krstic will serve as a much better 'Malik' in the sense that he comes off the bench to be a jumpshooting big man (and do all the things that Malik doesn't do). Stromile will have to beat out Malik, which I think he can do; his athletacism and resulting 'energy' will demand minutes in a similar fashion to how Sean earned a starting role despite constantly making rookie mistakes.
a - Your expectations of him tonight-8 minutes, 4 points(2/5 shooting), 2 boards, 3 fouls b - Your expectations of him the rest of the year-15 minutes, 6ppg, 3rpg c - Team expectations with Swift and Nenad-Swift and Krstic will be the first bigs off the bench along with Nachbar. Swift wont probably play more than 5 minutes per game until a few games later into the season. I expect him to average at least 6ppg/3rpg. As for Krstic, it will be a struggle, and like Swift, his minutes will increase steadily with each passing game.
Expectations... A) 15 mins...9 pts 3 rebounds 8 pts and 4 rebounds C) I figure Swift gets around 7 and 4 Optimistic yet possible.
How great would it be if Nenad came back, and we all of a sudden go on a hot streak. And he has averages of 14 and 9 with Boone and Sean playing well as well. Carter goes back to old form, Kidd plays well, and RJ is still the second option. Man, talk about a fantasy.

b. 3 points, 3 reb c. Swift - 2 years and that's it with the Nets. depends on how much Frank likes him. If he plays, it's 9 points, 5 reb, 1.5 bpg. If he doesn't play much, it's 2 pts, 1 reb, .5 bpg Nads - signs ~4 mil a year contract for 2-3 years, next season, he bounces back with a pretty nice year.
