<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>For the Nets (Kirk Hinrich, Darius Miles) 1. They get a young point guard in return, a top-10 point, who will improve their outside game and on-ball defense. 2. They can roll the dice on a knucklehead, who has two years to prove that he can subjugate his stupid tendencies with his T-Mac skills. 3. They get Kidd to a team he can help, in a market he'll like, and if he doesn't like it, tough noogies. # For the Pacers (Jarrett Jack, Ben Wallace) 1. They rid themselves of a gun-toting idiot. 2. They replace him with a great kid and a natural leader who will one day be a better-than-average starting point. 3. They pick up a guy who will liberate Jermaine from doing the dirty work, and significantly upgrade the league's fourth-worst defense. # For the Bulls (Jason Kidd, David Harrison) 1. They acquire the leader they've never had. 2. They salvage the season and can make their move immediately. 3. They rid themselves of Ben's contract. # For the Blazers (Jeff Foster, Jamaal Tinsley) 1. They've come too far not to make the playoffs now, and once there, they've have the perfect guy to improve their rebounding (28th) and offensive rebounding (22nd). 2. They finally dump Miles' contract, which they've been trying to do from the moment he signed it. 3. They can sacrifice Jack, because they are so deep at the point (Roy/Blake/Sergio), they can even suspend the gun-toting idiot the minute he acts up and not skip a beat.</div> http://blog.nj.com/netsblast/2008/01/four_way_our_way.html Not a big fan of Miles, but I would love to see Hinrich run the point here. It would be nice to have a PG who plays defense again and that can, finally, hit an open three.
Sign the Bulls up for this trade. They really could use Jason Kidd. Gordon right now gets too jammed up with the double and triple teams, and with Kidd getting the defense to collapse on him, we'll finally get to see what Gordon is like when he isn't doubled. In addition, Thabo, Thomas, and Noah are natural guys to run the break with Kidd. And we get rid of freaking Ben Wallace!

Maybe the Lakers will trade us Kobe?
Sign the Bulls up in a heartbeat. I'd love to get rid of Big Ben and bring in Kidd. Outside of that though, I think Kidd helps this team in more ways than one. We get a pass first point guard who can still play defense. He also makes everyone around him better. The person I think that can benefit most from Kidd as well would be Tyrus Thomas. The kid is an athletic freak and with Kidd running the point, he would see lobs galore and I think fill a role very similar to Kenyon Martin did on the Nets.
