He's constantly hustling, is a good scorer, plays good defense, and brings everything that Trevor Ariza brought and then some because he actually has a jump shot. I love this dude and I hope we resign him.

Don't get me wrong, Trevor is an athletic freak and he's going to be a very good player someday. He is an amazing finisher at the rim and once he gets down that consistent jump shot he'll be a 15+ points per game player. However, Evans is the better option for the Magic at this point because of his defense and his shot. It's hard to succeed in this offense as a wing if you can't hit the three.

In LA he came in the game and took to many shots thinking he was MJ, but hes better then Cook.

Really? He's been incredibly unselfish here. And even Cook has had his great moments. He hit three straight threes in our win over the Celtics last Sunday. While Cook doesn't play as much, Evans has been a great distributor as well and it seems he tries to find Dwight on a lot of plays. Maybe he changed his attitude since the deal or maybe I'm just used to seeing Carlos ****ing Arroyo make horrible decisions and take stupid shots so nothing Evans does can compare with him.

Nice to see Mo Evans doing well in Orlando. I've always liked him back in Los Angeles, he was a great spark plug for us off the bench. He made a lot of highlight plays in the past, the guy is an athletic freak. The only problem I had with him (Bynumite already alluded to it) was that he took too many jumpshots. He would have been so much better in my opinion if he used his athleticism to attack the basketball. But I'm happy to hear he's working out well for you guys. Ariza was great for us as well before his injury. Just wondering, what are your thoughts on most hated Laker Brian Cook?

Cook gets buried in the rotation because we usually run Shard at power forward and when he's out of the game we go big and put Foyle at PF alongside Dwight. When he's played though, he's been alright. Hits a big three now and then and his numbers have been good. I think he had a couple straight games where he scored more points than he had minutes played like 12 points in 10 minutes one night and then 14 in 11 the next. He came in the game against the Celtics and hit three big three pointers in like two minutes that shifted the momentum our way and had the entire arena going crazy. When he first came over, he was out of shape and SVG ripped him for it. He seems to be working hard though and he's providing the same thing he did in Los Angeles but less is expected of him since he doesn't play as of a role here as he did over there.

And yeah, Evans was a sparkplug off the bench but he is starting now and he's done great. Tonight he made a great pass to Hedo Turkoglu for a three, tipped the ball away from Granger on the other end, and then gave a perfect pass to Dooling on the fastbreak. He shifts the momentum with defensive plays like that and has been phenomenal.

I remember when Ariza was here you'd see him get the ball on a fast break and everyone knew some crazy dunk was coming. I also remember he was great at getting offensive boards and making big blocks at key times in the game. He blocked a game tying Vince Carter fade away last year and I was going crazy. That dude has so much potential it's scary.
