why would it get changed? the chemistry is devloping with our current starters, plus Swift doesn't know any of our sets yet really. he's going to most likely, for the rest of the season, in limited minutes be our big man with energy off the bench. He may be getting more minutes earlier due to Nenad getting into the swing of things.
Nothing in my mind says it would change. If anything Swift will battle Magloire and Malik (ok maybe just malik) for bench status. Krstic automatically well get some minutes here and there, but untill Frank wants to play Krstic lots of minutes, all that will change is Swift will get to battle for bench minutes.
