    ....agreed a little fear factor. L Frank doesn't have that, taking the road to allow VC, Kidd and RJ their share of mistakes without discusssion. Look what it's done, his star wants out and is causing a huge disruption to the team.

    This is what most people on this board dont understand.

    BBall player respect a person that has played the game and is telling them something rather than someone that has studied it.

    I remember seeing frank trying to teach krstic to rebound and throw his elbows out to guard the ball and it was hilarious and pathetic. krstic was looking at him like a fool!!!

    frank hasnt won a thing and never will.

    How do we know there is no discussion? If he doesn't call out players to the press does that mean he doesn't discuss there mistakes with them?
