....agreed a little fear factor. L Frank doesn't have that, taking the road to allow VC, Kidd and RJ their share of mistakes without discusssion. Look what it's done, his star wants out and is causing a huge disruption to the team.
This is what most people on this board dont understand. BBall player respect a person that has played the game and is telling them something rather than someone that has studied it. I remember seeing frank trying to teach krstic to rebound and throw his elbows out to guard the ball and it was hilarious and pathetic. krstic was looking at him like a fool!!! frank hasnt won a thing and never will.

If he doesn't call out players to the press does that mean he doesn't discuss there mistakes with them?
