<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>FSN South and SportsSouth will be the primary broadcaster of Braves games this season, with the two networks airing a combined 106 regular-season games. The networks will also televise seven Braves spring training games. The broadcast team of play-by-play announcer Jon Sciambi and analyst Joe Simpson return for a second season. The Braves' two exhibition games against Cleveland at Turner Field will be broadcast on Peachtree TV.</div> I already miss Braves on TBS
Why aint TBS showin em? I thught they brought in good raitings, and everyone can see them. I thught TBS means The Braves Station?
If they are on TBS, they are a nationally relevant franchise....if they are only availble in the southeast, thats diminished....this is the begining of the fall for a team that was so competitive for so long....they will slip down into a mid to small market role
At the beginning they showed so many games. Sometimes 2 - 3 a week and by the end it was like 1 every 4 weeks.

Insert Eric Cartman like profanity here! It means I'm "stuck" w/ the Rockies & occasionally Dbacks who I don't mind on a regular basis. Like everyone else, I get to enjoy the Mets, Red Sox, & Yankees for the Saturday game on Fox & the ESPN Sunday game w/ Joe Morgan & Jon Miller because you know that is who they'll show 75% of the time. Most of all, I'll miss Skip Caray's dry humor & listening to Crazy train every time Chipper steps to the plate. I won't miss Andruw not coming through in key situations. Three words for Ted Turner; Enough philanthrophy already!
I am going to be living in Atlanta this summer so it wont be so bad for me, but baseball on small stations isnt as fun to watch because most of the time its not in HD, have boring announcers, and poorly produced. At least its not as bad as the Rays, I only get to see them Once on ESPN 2 on April 7 vs the Yankees with a good broadcast team, and two games on FSN.
