<td><font face="verdana" size="1">Before the Army All-American Combine earlier this year, Ryan Mossakowski was basically unknown. However, with a strong showing down in San Antonio that earned him First-Team All-Combine honors, Ryan has seen his recruitment skyrocket; he now has multiple big-time offers. During his junior year, he threw for 2,963 yards and 19 touchdowns.

Ryan has a nice, solid frame that can handle any extra weight he will need to put on in the future. He is very athletic and mobile in the pocket. He is especially good at making a throw on the run. He throws a nice, soft long ball that is easy for his receivers to catch. Has very good zip on his short passes. His delivery is a bit shorthanded and a little unorthodox, but he wastes little time and gets the ball where it needs to be.</font></td>

Just thought I'd point out that Ryan most likely will not be playing college football as he is a tremendous baseball player and will most likely be drafted out of high school.

    <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>13. Ryan Mossakowski (Frisco Centennial)- 6'4 203 4.80

    The Leaders- wide open

In the Race- Texas A&M, Alabama, Auburn, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebarska and a whole bunch more

Type of quarterback- Pocket passer in the spread offense

Favorite- of the three is the one that is truly wide open with no real favorite established.

Of the three big name uncommitted quarterbacks that we talk about in this article, Mossakowski is the one truly wide open quarterback. Trying to figure out which way he might go is tough to do because he has been very carefull not to show his hand.

Like Green he is another player that rates high on the character scale, he is tall, has a good arm, has a lot of smarts and can make any pass you want. He is still growing into his skill set so he has room to get better. He has a huge list of schools he wants to visit and based on all conversations he won't be ready for a decision till after the football season.

He is visiting a lot of camps and different colleges this summer so there is no decision coming soon.</div>

In search of the next Sooner QB | NewsOK.com

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>One prospect OU could try and circle back to is Centennial (Texas) Frisco's Ryan Mossakowski, who remains the only top-10, pro-style quarterback uncommitted.

Last season, the 6-4, 220-pound Mossakowski threw for almost 3,000 yards and 19 touchdowns.

Quarterbacks coach Josh Heupel has been down to Frisco to watch Mossakowski work out, and Mossakowski was spotted in Norman during one of OU's spring scrimmages.

But the Sooners have cooled off on Mossakowski, contacting him for the first time since the spring only recently.

"We hadn't heard back from OU in some time,” said Centennial coach Mark Howard.

In the meantime, Mossakowski has received offers from a host of schools, including Alabama, Auburn, Louisville, Nebraska, Oregon and Texas A&M, despite concerns that he might be taken high in next year's major league baseball draft.

For that reason, to reel in Mossakowski the Sooners could be facing an uphill climb, according to Howard.

"Ryan's in no hurry, he wants to make sure he ends up where he wants to be,” Howard said. "But I think he's going to be more inclined to go with someone who's shown interest in him from the beginning.”</div>

Summer Visit with Centennial QB Ryan Mossakowski | The Dallas Morning News

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Mossakowski (6-4, 201) is immersed in the college selection process. Some of the schools that he mentioned that he was interested in were Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Texas A&M, Kentucky, Louisville and Oregon. He has been making many college visits, including when the QB went straight from the interview to visit the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville.

Although Mossakowski, ranked by rivals.com as the nation's fifth best quarterback, has not made a date for when he would like to commit by, he said that after this visit he is going to go home and make a list of his top five schools. He will then call all of the schools and start to narrow down the list more and more until he has chosen his school. He said that his goal is to have committed by August, but that he wouldn't be surprised if the process went on into the season.</div>

Moss has trimmed his list down to four schools: Kentucky, Alabama, Auburn, and Texas A&M.
