Eight rebounds in both of the last two games, playing only 17 and 14 minutes respectively. Small sample, but an encouraging sign.

I know I only saw the first half stats and he had like 7 rebounds. Last year, his game highs were around 7 a night and he was getting 30 plus minutes a night.

Yeah, that's pretty damn good. I loved seeing that from him, and I love the way Krstic and Boone work together. IMO, it's like Collins and Krstic, but about 10x better cause Boone isn't injured and broken down, and therefore unathletic.

Oh yeah, and I must add this - I was quite disappointed to see Sean had 0 rebounds. tsk, tsk.

Last year, when paired with Collins. Krstic had to defend and rebound against the quicker big man and that gets him out of position. With Boone/SWilliams/Swift as frontcourt partner. He goes against the opposing teams slower big man.

twin is so bad on offense/quickness/rebounding that trying to cover for him on these areas will blow out your ACL...

I'm actually a little excited about our team again. If Krstic continues to get back to his old self we have a really really good set of bigs. Now all we need is that extra shooter off the bench. Mike Miller, Do EET Thorn!

Yea but you have to realize that we played the T-Wolves. They had a smaller line-up and it's not that hard to grab a bunch of rebounds when they miss a billion shots. It wasn't like Krstic was skying to the ball and rippin it from people. He was just kinda standing where the ball happend to fall after the miss.

    1) Don't underestimate Al Jefferson, remember what he did the last time the 2 teams played?

    2) Thought it was brick fest last night. Plenty of chances for rebounds.

Pretty good for a guy who can't jump very high. A nice change from previous years when Kidd was the only one consistently getting rebounds every game.

Yeah...when both teams combine average out to shoot around 39%, there's going to be plenty of chances. Three guys in the starting line up had 10+ rebounds, one with 8, and another with 6.

I compared the possible rebounds in both games, missed FT's and FG's.

First game 105 total possibilities, 16 free throws, 13 missed by the Nets.
2nd game 113 total possibilites, 11 free throws.

It's not that much of a difference. 8 more last night.....the amount Nenad grabbed last night.....numbers......

I'm loving his impact on the defensive end. Everyone seems to know where to be now. Plus with his wide body on the blocks he's getting those boards once the opposition misses. Not racking up 3 second violations either.
