The road trip was just amazing.

    7-2

    easily could have been 9-0.

The best record in NBA History, I believe? Nice! The arrival of Pau, I road trip to never forget!

This was the best record for a road trip of this length in the history of the NBA. No one has ever done better than 7-2 on a 9 game roadie. Congrats to the Lakers, damn impressive road trip. I bet they can't wait to get back home though, and I can't wait to see Pau's Staples debut! Hopefully it's on ESPN or TNT.

Damn, we could've easily gone 9-0 if we grabbed a freaking rebound against the Pistons, or put a body on Tayshaun. We and could have easily beaten the Hawks as well if we didn't let up in the final minutes. Still, it's impressive and you've got to hand it to this team. It was a long ass roadtrip, but these guys continued to play hard for the most part (except against Atlanta) and came out with a terrific record. The best part is, I'm sure this roadtrip helped this team bond even more, if that's even possible. I wonder if Ronny and Jordan shot some film for this roadtrip? lol. The last one was great.

Btw, how long were they on the road for? A freaking month? lol. When was the last time we had a home game, I honestly can't even remember.

I believe it was 9 games in 16 days if I'm correct. That's a long damn time to be on the road.

    14 days, I thought?

    I'm disappointed, should've been 9-0.

14 days, 16 days, whatever. It's a long damn time. And yea, we probably should have been 9-0, but whatever. But you have to realize, when you're playing that many games on the road in a little time, you do get fatigued, so it is understandable that we lost a couple. And considering how tired we were, especially in Atlanta, it'd almost be ludicrous to not expect to lose a couple. And considering I would have been happy with 5-4, I'm freaking ecstatic about 7-2 with what, a five game win streak right now?

Not sure if anyone else noticed this either, but our 18-10 record on the road is only behind NO, Detroit, and Boston, while Orlando 19-10 road record. That puts us as basically tied for fourth best with Orlando for road records. That's damn good right there, especially considering how bad we were on the road last year (17-24) and the year before (18-23). Hell, we've already got more wins on the road this year than last and are tied for our road win total in 05-06.
