As the Nets try to get younger in the backcourt, trying to trade Jason Kidd for Devin Harris, they can take comfort on what they did in the last two drafts. Dave McMenamee of NBA.com thinks he and Harris could make for a good combo and Drew Packham of SI thinks he can only get better. Meanwhile, Wages of Wins, the stat-happy site, also lists Williams in top 3 … and ranks Josh Boone at #7 among sophomores.</div> Rookie Watch: Who is showing the most improvement? - David Thorpe - ESPN 2007-08 NBA Rookie Class: Top 50 - David Thorpe - ESPN Rookie Rankings -- Week 15 - Dave McMenamin - NBA.com Can the rookies beat the sophomores in the Big Easy? - Drew Packham - Sports Illustrated The Assistant Coaches Choose the Best? - Dave Berri - Wages of Wins Once again, the brightest spots on this Nets team get praise. However, you should point out that the first game was the second game of the season, and Sean Williams was not getting major minutes at all.
