" That's putting a positive spin on things, but it's worth noting that Kidd barely talked to Vince Carter upon his exit, preferring to call and check on his old teammate Jason Collins in Memphis and long-time teammate Richard Jefferson. Although he'd been particularly close with those two, it was no secret that there was a rift starting to develop between Kidd and Carter towards what was supposed to be the end of their partnership."
It's a pretty silly take. If Carter didn't resign, would that had made Kidd happier? Doubt that. -Petey
