    If the NBA wants KVH to stay for one month does that mean he needs to actually dress and attend games for one month or can we make him inactive or put him on the DL? None of the articles written have really clarified the details on the ruling from the NBA.

    the nets can put him on the IR, but if not then he has to come to games and dress

    There is no IR.

    If he is inactive, he still has to attend the games.

    He has to practice and be a part of the team. The idea is that you can't just do these deals on paper. There has to be a real player involved.
