JO would have been a good pick up during the off-season and when we still had Kidd.

Exactly, thats why we have to get Miller. I mean I love Boki and he's my favorite player, but if we have to trade him to get Miller, we have to do it.

Probably because it looks nearly as bad as the K-Mart deal.

It's kinda like how I can't tell black people apart, or Asians apart.

Some people can't tell horrible contracts apart either.

thorn,

get us mike miller please before you do anything else...

kyle lowry would be nice...

i wouldn't be opposed to a vc and jo swap (one that will hopefully will not involve nenad as we can resign him for less now)
because it will give the nets a $20M expiring contract/cap relief just in time for the lebron/bosh/wade free agency frenzy...
zach randolph or vince carter will be in the books until after the 2010-11 season.

Yes, because we need more big men. I don't mind Mike Miller, but let's pass on O'Neal and Nene.

I would do both trades I would do the Mike Miller and JO deal. I like VC but I just see a better team with JO. So I would do the trade for JO for VC. Mike Miller for expiring contracts and then we would have a pretty decent team for the future.

I like the starting lineup too:

PG Harris\MWilliams
SG Miller\Hassell\Ager\Harris\MWilliams\Jefferson
SF Jefferson\Hassell\Ager
PF JO\SWilliams\Swift\Boone
C Kristic\Diop\Swift\JO

I like it and it gives us something to work with and expiring contracts. Basically looking into next season for FA and the draft.

WTF?

Makes no sense.

Carter expires in 2010 just in time for LeBron. Edit: For those trying to follow along, this is WRONG!! LeBron has a player option in 2011 he definitely won't exercise.

Nene is on the books for $11M in 2011.

Remember, Vince is partially guaranteed for a decent amount that same season Nene makes 11.6 Million and there would be per year savings every other season

No offense man but the numbers don't add up when you look at the roster...
Vince makes 13.5, Jermaine makes 20...we can't trade them straight up and we can't include players who have just been traded for...
assuming that Mike Miller was aquired for DA, Boki and Mags, then the only players we could throw in with Vince would be Swat, Boone, Krstic and Marcus Williams...

Actually the deal would be Vince, Nenad and either Marcus, Josh or Sean...

I'm just saying you should run numbers before you make proposals. Try realgm or the espn trade machine...

Nuggets: NBA TEAM
FO: Front Office
Insider: Someone with knowledge of a situation

so apparently someone in the front office of the Denver Nuggets is saying we're trying to get Nene for Vince.
