This time around not sure it's about a bad attitude.

He couldn't get off the Nets bench for months, though he didn't utter a single complaint.

Wasn't he an allstar back in 04? What happened to him.

I would expect a player with a good attitude to complain about the position he was in. The guy was able to give you some things your team needed but was in the doghouse from day one. Not saying anything leads me to believe he's noncompetitive and didn't give a damn and was there just to collect his paycheques.

We know he can play. He's only a couple years removed from averaging 9/9 in Milwaukee. Despite that teams weren't interested in him this summer and might not be interested in him again until deep into the playoff run.

the only silver lining i can see here is that maaaaybe, if he's not picked up, Jamal will want to showcase himself at a major international basketball competition in the summer to get some interest going for the following season.

I think more people would consider sitting, letting the young kids play a better attitude, than taking it to the press. It's like putting him in a can't win position.

Brezec is way more gangsta than this guy. He has nothing that appeals to the Raptors outside of his Toronto roots. I'm happy with the Bargnani/Nesterovic/Brezec group at center.
