    Third Pick’s The Charm
February 24, 2008, 11:05 pm Maurice Ager was someone the Nets liked in the 2006 draft. Instead, they took Marcus Williams and Josh Boone and the Mavs took Ager later. The Nets’ first two picks have worked out pretty well. Now, they essentially get a second chance at Ager and Ager gets a second chance with them. How it works out will have a lot to do with whether Ager can fulfill his promise as an athletic, defense-oriented swingman.

Ager better produce. Or I'll be pissed.

I want him taking over Boki's role, ASAP. Because Boki sucks big ones. I have a feeling we'll be playing him alot at one point or another by the end of the season.

He's a low risk, pretty high reward guy from what I understand. Looks like he's like Wright+a better shot. He could be a gem, who knows.
